If willpower alone fought cancer, Kay would still be with us today. Sadly, she couldn't psyche up a cure like she could with so many other wonderful events in her life.
Wife to Robin Darlington; Mom to Tracy Menzies, Cam Theodore (Corrine), Terri Theodore (Jack) and Troy Theodore (Kate); Grandma to Holly, Scott, Ty, Alyssa, Thomas, Taylor, Shea, Mathew, Cayli, Rebecca; GG to Rowan and aunt to many nieces, nephews.
Kay was an influencer long before the term was invented. She started her real estate career in Abbotsford in 1972 and quickly gained a reputation as skillful and trustworthy. Director and then president of the FVREB in 1989, Kay was a leader in the industry.

Robin Darlington

Born to Jim and Doris Darlington, Robin spent his early years in Quebec before moving to North Vancouver as a child. Robin was an avid car enthusiast and spent his youth evading trouble with older brother Pete, who died in July 2023.
Robin is survived by his five children, Andrew, Leanne, Debbie, Angie and Shelley.
His work with LG Electric brought him to Mission / Abbotsford area where he began selling real estate in the 1980s. There he met his partner in life and business, Kay, (McDonnell, Theodore). They married October 1, 1989, and Robin became a stepdad to Tracy, Cameron, Terri and Troy.

Linda McDonnell (Nesbitt)

1946-2022 ~ Linda passed away peacefully on April 16, 2022 in Vernon BC.
Linda was 76 and predeceased by her parents Owen and Pat Nesbitt of Surrey B.C.
She is survived by her husband Wray, and her five kids Jason, Darcy (Julie), Guy (Stephanie), Tanya (Dan), and Erin.
She had 8 grandchildren- Dallas, Austin, Travis, Elizabeth, Moira, Gillian, Gage and Hazel. Her siblings are Jean and Don, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Linda was raised in Surrey and attended Princess Margaret High School. She married Wray in 1971, and they moved to Vernon in 1973. There Linda and Wray raised their four kids, and eventually moved to Kelowna in 1991.

Joyce McEachern (McDonnell)
1941-10-25 2006-12-27Joyce Marilyn / McDonnell aged 65 years, passed away at home on December 27th, 2006. Joyce will be sadly missed by her loving sons, Kerry (Lori), Donnie (Michelle), Michael (Jennifer), grandchildren; Paul, Brett, Riley, Matthew, Mira, brother Wray, sisters Kay and Margaret as well as many relatives and friends. Joyce is predeceased by her father Art, mother Irene and sister Lillian.

Irving Lyle Moldowan

Predeceased by wives Patricia (1982) and Lillian (2005), Irv leaves behind four children; Rick (Marilyn), Bob (Janine), Laura and Dan (Nancy); and grandchildren Krista, Megan, Sarah, Carla, Lucas, Leah and Jason. Stepchildren Kathy (Dan) Robbins, Danny (Sonja) McLennan and their children Melissa, LeAnne and Scott. As well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and countless friends. Lill enjoyed life working, gardening, golfing, travelling, cooking, baking, and spending time with family and friends. She loved to share a laugh or a good story and her charm, wit, and warmth will always be remembered. She filled our lives with love.
